Those platens will be used to press polyurethane sandwich insulating panels and are made by both fabrication and solid drilled, as the working pressure is quite low 1.5-2.5kg/cm2, also shall require the light weight, so the solid drilled platen thickness is very small,normally 40mm,as the final product length and with is very big like 3.2m by 32m, so the hot platens shall be cutted into several small length pieces, then combine them into one big platen size.
