This single action cylinder for 2000 Tons Rubber Moulding Press are heavy duty with 6 cylinders each press and medium stroke,and these cylinders are designed for long time usage which need to do fully Ultrosand testing,and all the parts are made from steel 1020 forged steel body are made from steel 1020 forged steel and Ultrosand testing passed and after welding we shall do that stress relief:

Cylinder body:steel 1020 forged steel welded with full Ultrosand testing passed

Piston:Chilled cast iron with surface hardened to HRC 48-52,and surface RA 0.4 and chilled thickness more than 15 mm

Seal:Parker

Guide sleeve:Brass

1. Raw material cutting 

2. Lathe into dimension and Ultrosand testing 

3. Grinding cylinder body inside diameter into tolerance

4. Piton rod lathe into dimension

5. Piston rod heat treatment and surface hardened

6. piston out-diameter grinding

7. Piston out surface chrome plating

8. Grinding the piston out surface into tolerance

9. Assembly flange ring with seals and support rings

10. Assembly flange ring into cylinder body

11. Pressure testing

12. Painting and warehouse

Hydrauliic testing:30 Mpa Holding time 2 hours
